INDEPENDENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE (EAST COAST)

As an up-and-coming indie brand, Craft + Foster's mission is to offer premium home fragrance products that enhance the brilliance of life's everyday moments. At a time when consumers are looking for natural alternatives to traditional synthetic and chemical-based products, Craft + Foster has experienced exponential growth since launching in 2016. Our line has distribution in prestige retailers such as Neiman Marcus, high-end boutiques, spas, and speciality stores across the country.

As our brand continues to grow, we are currently seeking experienced and dynamic independent sales representatives to assist us in bringing our product offerings to retailers along the East Coast. Established customer base within fashion, beauty, wellness/apothecary, or home goods is preferred.

Expectations:

  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and   prospect accounts in the assigned territory
  • Regularly prospect new customers within assigned territory to generate new business
  • Initiate and close the sales process by scheduling appointments, making presentations and building a rapport with potential accounts
  • Provide product education and training to new accounts
  • Develop and maintain customer database
  • Develop, execute and monitor an agreed upon annual sales and profitability plan that ensures the achievement of annual targets
  • Review ongoing sales results, customer feedback, competitor analysis and key trends. 

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales
  • Demonstrate aptitude for problem-solving and ability to determine solutions for customers
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Driven and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position (Commission on Sales).
